Time commitment required: 1-hour daily

Days 1-7: Inward Journey

The Be Better & Thrive program starts with an inward journey. Your life is largely directed by what is inside of you. Your inward journey helps you reflect on who you are and how you can be better from an inward perspective.

What to expect:

Days 8-14: Outward Journey

Your outward journey is about how you are living in the earthly existence. It is a chance for you to stop for a minute and evaluate your life.  You can find ways to improve yourself so that you can live your best life.

  • Overcome Roadblocks session

Days 15-22: Spiritual Journey

Everyone is on some type of spiritual journey whether they want to acknowledge it or not. The Spiritual Journey section of the Be Better & Thrive program gives you a chance to be more conscious of your spirituality. It helps you explore your relationship with The Divine. You can make a conscious effort to strengthen yourself spiritually.

  • Flow State session
  • Oneness with God session
  • Oneness of God session
  • Soul Purpose session
  • Increase Divinity session

Days 22-29: Cultivate Humanness

Cultivate Humanness is about helping other people with their life journey. You can be more conscious about seeing opportunities to perform good karma. Either knowingly or unknowingly, you have received assistance on your life journey. Now it is your turn to give someone else the gift of unconditional assistance. You can uplift others and make a meaningful impact in their lives.
